Pay Your Invoice or Retainer Online

As a courtesy to our clients, Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP (“HCP”) accepts credit cards for payments of invoices and retainers. To provide the convenience of making online payments via a PCI-compliant, secure webpage, HCP has partnered with LawPay. Paying online eliminates the need for writing a check, and saves time and postage.

HCP also accepts paper checks and wires which do not incur processing fees.  Any payment towards invoiced fees and costs received within ten (10) days of the invoice date will receive a 1% early payment discount. Retainer payments (or payments made from funds in our trust account) do not receive an early payment discount. 

  • A 3% processing fee will apply to all payments made with credit and debit cards.  
  • A 1% processing fee will apply to all ACH or electronic payments.

Invoice Payments

To make an invoice payment, existing clients will need to enter the Client Matter Number or Invoice Number as it appears on the invoice, along with the amount being paid.  To pay an invoice, please click on the appropriate “Invoice Payments” link below. 

New Clients - Retainer Payments

Upon execution of an engagement letter, a new client may make a retainer payment by clicking the appropriate “Retainer Payments” link below. 

Existing Clients - Replenish Retainer Payments

Existing clients may replenish their retainer. To replenish a retainer, click on the appropriate “Retainer Payments” link below.
